  • cup sugar 
  • large eggs room temperature
  • 16 ounces chocolate syrup canned
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • cup flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • cups powdered sugar 
  • tablespoon water 
  • 0.5 teaspoon peppermint extract 
  • drops drop natural food coloring green
  • 10 ounces chocolate chips 
  • 0.5 cup butter cubed

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes.

  4. Pour into a greased 13x9-in. baking pan.

  7. Spread over cooled brownies. Refrigerate until set.
  8. For topping, melt chocolate chips and butter. Cool 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  9. Spread over filling. Chill.
  10. Cut into 72 bars. Store in refrigerator.
