  • tablespoons butter divided
  • servings chocolate chopped
  • cup plus light
  •  eggs 
  • servings fudge topping hot warmed
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 cup brown sugar light packed
  • cup coarsley pecans chopped
  • 15 oz pie crusts refrigerated
  • oz semi chocolate chips 
  • tablespoon vanilla extract 
  • servings non-dairy whipped topping frozen

Directions

  1. Fit piecrust into a 9" deep dish pie plate according to package directions; fold edges under and crimp.
  2. Whisk together eggs and next 5 ingredients until mixture is smooth; stir in chopped pecans and chocolate chips.
  3. Pour into piecrust.
  4. Bake on lowest oven rack at 350 for one hour or until set.
  5. Drizzle each serving with hot fudge topping, dollop with whipped topping and sprinkle with chopped chocolate.
