  • 10 small caramel candies soft
  • large eggs 
  • large egg white 
  • tablespoon milk fat-free
  • 0.7 cup flour all-purpose
  • cups vanilla yogurt frozen low-fat
  • 16 servings fudge sauce 
  • tablespoons pecans coarsely chopped
  • tablespoons stick margarine 
  • cup sugar 
  • ounce chocolate unsweetened
  • 0.3 cup cocoa unsweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • tablespoons water

Directions

  1. Prepare Fudge Sauce.
  2. Preheat oven to 35
  3. To prepare brownies, coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
  4. Combine butter and chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 minute, and stir until melted.
  5. Add egg and egg white, stirring with a whisk. Stir in water and vanilla. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups, and level with a knife.
  6. Combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder, and stir into chocolate mixture.
  7. Spread half of batter in bottom of prepared pan.
  8. Combine milk and candies in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes, and stir until melted.
  9. Drizzle caramel mixture over batter in pan; sprinkle with pecans. Drop remaining batter by tablespoonfuls over pecans.
  10. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out almost clean. Cool completely on a wire rack.
  11. Cut into 16 squares.
  12. To prepare the sundaes, top each brownie with 1/4 cup frozen yogurt and 2 tablespoons Fudge Sauce.
