Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients

• 0.3 cup cocoa powder 
• 0.5 teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
• 1 teaspoon baking soda 
• 1 cup butter softened
• 0.5 cup buttermilk 
• 2  eggs lightly beaten
• 2.5 cups flour all-purpose
• 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
• 0.3 teaspoon ground cloves 
• 0.5 cup nuts chopped
• 0.5 teaspoon salt 
• 0.5 cup semi chocolate chips 
• 1.5 cups sugar 
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
• 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
• 2 cups zucchini shredded

Directions

1. In a bowl, cream butter, oil and sugar.
2. Add eggs, milk and vanilla; mix well.
3. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon and cloves; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in zucchini.
4. Spread into a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan.
5. Sprinkle with nuts and chocolate chips.
6. Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until cake tests done.
