  • large carrots thinly sliced
  • 0.3 cup lite catalina dressing kraft
  • Tbsp grey poupon savory honey mustard 
  • Tbsp butter 
  • 1.5 lb pork chop boneless trimmed well
  • large apples red unpeeled coarsely chopped
  • oz stove top stuffing mix for chicken
  • 1.5 cups water

Directions

  1. Coat chops with mustard. Melt margarine in large deep nonstick skillet on medium heat.
  2. Add chops; cook 6 min. on each side or until done (145F).
  3. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  4. Add water, dressing and carrots to skillet. Cook 6 to 8 min. or until carrots are tender. Stir in apples and stuffing mix.
  5. Return chops to skillet; cover. Turn off heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min.
