Ingredients

  • 0.5 cup brown sugar light packed
  • 16 servings cinnamon sticks 
  • 0.8 cup egg substitute 
  • 1.3 cups nonfat buttermilk fat-free
  • teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • 0.5 cup pecans toasted chopped
  • 0.3 cup sugar 
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 18.3 ounce cake mix white

Directions

  1. Combine first 3 ingredients; set aside.
  2. Beat cake mix and next 4 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer 2 minutes or until blended.
  3. Pour one-third cake batter into a greased and floured 12-cup Bundt pan.
  4. Sprinkle with half of brown sugar mixture. Repeat layers twice, ending with batter.
  5. Bake at 325 for 45 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on a wire rack 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from pan, and cool completely on wire rack.
  7. Garnish, if desired.
