Ingredients

  • teaspoons bottled garlic minced
  • tablespoon flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons bottled ground ginger fresh (such as Spice World)
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • tablespoons honey 
  • 0.5 teaspoon lime rind grated
  • tablespoons soya sauce low-sodium
  • cup orange juice 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce chicken thighs boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Place first 7 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag.
  2. Add chicken; seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator 1 hour, turning occasionally.
  3. Remove chicken, reserving marinade.
  4. Preheat broiler.
  5. Place chicken on a foil-lined jelly-roll pan coated with cooking spray; broil 8 minutes on each side or until done.
  6. While chicken cooks, place reserved marinade, flour, and salt in a small saucepan, stirring with a whisk until blended. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat, and cook for 1 minute or until thickened.
  7. Serve sauce with chicken.
