  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 32 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  •  eggs 
  • cup oreo cookies crushed ( 12 cookies)
  • 20  oreo cookies quartered
  • cup sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

  • springform pan

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325F if using a silver springform pan (or 300F if using a dark nonstick springform pan).
  2. Mix crushed cookies and butter; press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Bake 10 minutes.
  4. Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
  5. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition just until blended. Gently stir in quartered cookies.
  6. Pour over crust.
  7. Bake 1 hour or until center is almost set. Run knife or metal spatula around rim of pan to loosen cake; cool before removing rim of pan. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
  8. Garnish with additional cookies, if desired.
