Ingredients

  •  chipotle pepper in adobo sauce finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup knudsen cream sour
  • oz philadelphia cream cheese cubed
  • cup regular corn frozen thawed
  • Tbsp 2 tbsp. kraft zesty italian dressing italian kraft
  • small onion chopped
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese grated kraft
  • 35 servings ritz crackers 
  • 10 oz spinach leaves ( 8 cups)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Heat dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add onions; cook and stir 3 to 5 min. or until tender.
  4. Add spinach, corn and peppers; cook and stir 2 to 3 min. or until spinach is wilted.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Add cream cheese, sour cream and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  7. Spoon into 9-inch pie plate.
  8. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
  9. Serve with the crackers.
