- 0.8 cup couscous uncooked
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 0.3 cup less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
- 0.3 cup green onions sliced
- 0.3 teaspoon coarsely ground pepper black
- 0.3 cup mayonnaise light
- 0.8 cup peas green frozen thawed

- 2 cups turkey cooked chopped

- Bring the water to a boil in a medium saucepan, and gradually stir in the couscous.
- Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
