  • 12 oz crab meat flaked drained canned
  •  eggs 
  •  green onions sliced
  • 0.3 tsp ground pepper red (cayenne)
  • 0.3 cup parmesan shredded kraft
  • 0.3 cup classic ranch dressing kraft
  • cup ritz crackers crushed

Equipment

  • whisk

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Whisk egg and dressing in large bowl until well blended.
  3. Add crabmeat; mix well. Gently stir in remaining ingredients.
  4. Let stand 3 min.
  5. Shape into 24 cakes, using about 1 Tbsp. crabmeat mixture for each.
  6. Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  7. Bake 5 to 7 min. on each side or until heated through and golden brown on both sides.
