Ingredients

  • 0.8 cup breadcrumbs soft
  • 0.3 teaspoon celery salt 
  •  egg white lightly beaten
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  • servings dijon dressing 
  • slices garnish: lemon 
  • pound lump crab meat fresh flaked drained
  • tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • cups salad greens mixed
  • 0.5 teaspoon mustard prepared
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper freshly ground
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoon vegetable oil 

Equipment

  • frying pan
  • paper towels

Directions

  1. Combine first 9 ingredients. Shape into 6 patties; cover and chill 1 hour.
  2. Cook patties in oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat 3 minutes on each side or until golden.
  3. Drain on paper towels. Chill, if desired.
  4. Arrange salad greens and crab cakes on individual plates; top with Dijon Dressing.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
