  •  egg white 
  • tablespoon green onions finely chopped
  • teaspoons butter reduced-calorie
  • tablespoons nonfat cream alternative sour
  • 0.1 teaspoon pepper 
  • servings plum sauce 
  • 0.3 cup breadcrumbs whole wheat divided soft

  • paper towels

Directions

  1. Drain crabmeat; press crabmeat between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Combine crabmeat, 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs, sour cream, and next 4 ingredients in a medium bowl; shape mixture into 4 patties. Dredge patties in remaining 1/4 cup breadcrumbs.
  3. Coat a nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add margarine.
  4. Place over medium heat until margarine melts.
  5. Add patties, and cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden.
  6. Serve with Plum Sauce.
