  •  onion finely sliced
  • tbsp olive oil 
  • 375 puff pastry 
  • tbsp roasted cranberry sauce 
  • 75 cheese blue
  •  little gem lettuces separated
  •  pears cored thinly sliced
  • tbsp salad dressing
