  6. If making during Passover, make sure your packaged ingredients are certified kosher for Passover. Passover powdered sugar (aka confectioner's sugar) can be tough to find. You can make your own by combining 4 cups granulated sugar with 2 tbsp potato starch in a blender – blend on high speed for 3-4 minutes until powdery.
