  • cup firmly cheddar cheese packed grated
  • 0.5 cup cream of chicken soup 
  • 2.5 cups meat from a rotisserie chicken cooked chopped
  •  crêpes 
  • teaspoon curry powder 
  • servings salt and ground pepper black to taste
  • 0.3 cup heavy whipping cream 
  • 1.5 teaspoons juice of lemon 
  • 2.5 tablespoons mayonnaise 
  • 1.5 tablespoons onion grated

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 390 degrees F (199 degrees C).
  2. Mix condensed chicken soup, mayonnaise, cream, onion, lemon juice, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a large bowl.
  3. Add chopped chicken; stir to combine.
  4. Divide chicken mixture equally in the center of each crepe. Fold sides and roll crepes.
  5. Place rolled crepes, seam-side down, in a baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle crepes with Cheddar cheese and drizzle with 1/3 cup cream.
  7. Bake in preheated oven until crepes are heated through and Cheddar cheese is golden and bubbling, 25 to 30 minutes.
