  • ounce cream cheese softened

  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • cup semi chocolate chips 
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  • cup walnut pieces chopped
  • 0.8 cup water 
  • 0.3 cup granulated sugar white

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line 18 muffin cups with paper cupcake liners.
  2. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add eggs, water, vegetable oil, vinegar, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  4. Pour batter into prepared muffin cups.
