  • 10 ounces diagonally bread baguette french cut ()
  • 0.3 cup celery finely chopped
  • teaspoons dijon mustard 
  • tablespoon parsley fresh chopped
  •  garlic cloves halved
  • tablespoons juice of lemon fresh
  • tablespoons mayonnaise low-fat
  • tablespoons cup heavy whipping cream sour reduced-fat
  • pound lump crab meat drained
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper sauce hot (such as Tabasco)
  • 0.3 cup bell pepper red finely chopped
  • 0.3 cup onion red finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 40
  2. Place bread slices on a large baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 400 for 10 minutes or until crisp. Cool slightly. Lightly rub 1 side of each bread slice with cut sides of garlic. Discard garlic.
  4. Combine onion, celery, bell pepper, and crab in a bowl.
  5. Combine parsley and remaining ingredients. Spoon over crab mixture, and toss gently. Top each bread slice with 1 tablespoon of crab mixture.
