  • large cucumber hot thinly sliced quartered

  • 0.3 teaspoon thyme dried
  • tablespoon olive oil extra virgin 
  • 0.5 cup feta cheese 
  • 0.1 teaspoon garlic salt 
  • cup kalamata olives pitted
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • cups noodles dry cooked
  • cup greek yogurt plain
  • tablespoons shallots chopped

Directions
