  • slices bacon chopped
  • 0.3 tsp pepper black
  • 0.8 cup chicken broth 
  • 0.5 lb cremini mushrooms fresh sliced
  • 0.3 cup basil leaves fresh
  • cloves garlic minced
  • lb d gnocchi frozen uncooked
  • oz philadelphia neufchatel cheese cubed ()
  • 0.3 cup parmesan cheese shredded kraft
  •  onion red

Directions

  1. Cook gnocchi as directed on package, omitting salt.
  2. Meanwhile, cook bacon in large skillet on medium-high heat 2 min.
  3. Add mushrooms, onions and garlic; cook and stir 5 to 6 min. or until vegetables are tender.
  4. Add Neufchatel and broth; cook 2 to 3 min. or until Neufchatel is melted, stirring constantly.
  5. Drain gnocchi.
  6. Add to sauce in skillet with pepper; stir gently to evenly coat pasta. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly. Stir in basil.
  7. Serve topped with Parmesan.
