  • Tbsp maxwell house naturally decaffeinated coffee instant
  • 0.3 cup granular no-calorie sweetener 
  • cups water boiling
  • 0.5 cup cool whip lite whipped topping thawed

Directions

  1. Dissolve instant coffee and granulated sweetener in boiling water in large bowl.
  2. Add whipped topping; stir until well blended.
  3. Pour into 8-inch square pan.
  4. Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
  5. Draw fork repeatedly through frozen mixture just before serving. Spoon shavings evenly into 6 dessert dishes. Store leftover dessert in freezer.
