- 42 bread rounds toasted
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 0.5 cup cooking wine dry white
- 42 servings chives fresh chopped for garnish
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 0.3 cup green onion minced

- 20 ounce lobster tail pieces fresh coarsely chopped
