Ingredients

  • 17.5 oz chocolate chip cookie mix 
  • serving eggs for on cookie mix pouch
  • cups powdered sugar 
  • 0.5 cup peanut butter 
  • tablespoons milk 
  • cup roasted peanuts 
  • cup semi chocolate chips 
  • 0.3 cup butter 
  • 0.3 cup whipping cream 
  • tablespoon sprinkles

Directions

  1. Make cookie dough as directed on package. Press dough into bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  2. Bake at 375°F for 12 to 14 minutes. Cool.
  3. Mix powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Stir in peanuts.
  4. Spread mixture over cookie crust.
  5. In 1-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips and butter over low heat, stirring frequently until melted and smooth.
  6. Remove from heat; stir in whipping cream until blended.
  7. Spread evenly over peanut butter mixture. Top with sprinkles. Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
