Crème De Menthe Frosting

Ingredients

• 0.5 cup butter softened
• 3 tablespoons crème de cassis liqueur green
• 3 tablespoons half-and-half 
• 4 cups powdered sugar sifted
• 3 servings try build-a-meal

Directions

1. Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar, half-and-half, and crme de menthe beating until frosting is smooth.
