  • teaspoons double-acting baking powder 
  • cup confectioners' sugar 
  •  eggs 
  • cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounce chocolate unsweetened
  • teaspoons vanilla extract 
  • 0.5 cup vegetable oil 
  • cups sugar white

Directions

  1. Melt chocolate over low heat.
  2. Remove from heat and add cooking oil and granulated sugar.
  3. Add one egg at a time, mixing well.
  4. Add vanilla, flour, baking powder and salt; mixing well after each additional ingredient.
  5. Chill for several hours or overnight.
  6. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
  7. Roll dough into balls about 1/2 inch in diameter.
  8. Roll balls in powdered sugar.
  9. Place about 2 inches apart on cookie sheets.
  10. Bake 10 to 12 minutes.
