Ingredients

- 0.8 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 0.3 cup parmigiano reggiano grated (parmesan)
- 2 medium portabello mushrooms sliced
- 2 servings salt and pepper to taste
- 0.5 teaspoon thyme leaves

Directions
- Dredge the portobello slices in the flour, dip them in the egg and then into a mixture of the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, thyme salt and pepper.
