  • 1.5 cups round buttery crackers crushed reduced-fat finely ( 35 crackers) (such as Ritz)
  • 0.3 cup cornstarch 
  • large egg whites 
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper white
  • servings tangy cocktail sauce 
  • servings lemon wedges 
  • teaspoon paprika 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • pound shrimp deveined peeled ( 24 shrimp)
  • tablespoon water

Directions

  1. Combine shrimp and cornstarch in a zip-top plastic bag; seal and shake to coat.
  2. Combine water and egg whites in a bowl; beat with a whisk until foamy.
  3. Combine crumbs, paprika, salt, and pepper. Dip shrimp in egg white mixture; dredge in crumb mixture.
  4. Place on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray; lightly coat shrimp with cooking spray.
  5. Preheat broiler. Broil 5 minutes or until shrimp are done, turning once.
  6. Serve with Tangy Cocktail Sauce and lemon wedges.
