  • cup four cheese shredded mexican style kraft finely
  •  eggs beaten
  • cup taco bellâ® & chunky salsa thick
  • 0.5 cup saltines crushed finely
  • lb chicken breasts boneless skinless

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 425F.
  2. Dip chicken in egg then in cracker crumbs, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.
  3. Place in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; drizzle with butter.
  4. Bake 20 min. or until chicken is done (165F). Top with salsa and cheese; bake 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
