- 0.5 cup almonds sliced
- 0.3 cup apple juice
- 0.3 cup flaxseeds
- 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 cups regular oats
- 0.5 cup raisins
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- 0.3 cup coconut or sweetened flaked
- 0.3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup wheat germ

- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
- Combine sweetener, oil, juice, and honey.
- Pour over dry mixture, stirring well to coat. Spoon mixture onto a jelly roll pan; spread evenly.
