  • 0.5 cup almonds sliced
  • 0.3 cup apple juice 
  • 0.3 cup flaxseeds 
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground cinnamon 
  • tablespoon honey 
  • cups regular oats 
  • 0.5 cup raisins 
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup coconut or sweetened flaked
  • 0.3 cup vegetable oil 
  • cup wheat germ

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 25
  2. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well.
  3. Combine sweetener, oil, juice, and honey.
  4. Pour over dry mixture, stirring well to coat. Spoon mixture onto a jelly roll pan; spread evenly.
  5. Bake at 250 for 45 minutes.
  6. Stir in almonds and coconut; bake an additional 30 minutes. Cool; stir in raisins. Store in an airtight container.
