  • pound broccoli fresh coarsely chopped
  •  green onions chopped
  • 0.3 cup honey 
  • 0.5 cup olive oil extra-virgin
  • 0.3 teaspoon pepper 
  • ounce ramen soup mix 
  • head romaine lettuce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.3 cup butter unsalted
  • cup walnuts chopped
  • 0.3 cup citrus champagne vinegar

Directions

  1. Remove flavor packet from soup mix, and reserve for another use. Break noodles into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. Melt butter in a pan in a 350 oven.
  3. Add noodles and walnuts; bake, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
  4. Whisk together olive oil and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
  5. Add walnut mixture, broccoli, lettuce, and green onions, tossing to coat.
