- 0.7 cup milk fat-free
- 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons picante sauce
- 0.3 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener

Directions
- Preheat oven to 35
- Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
- Combine milk and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
- Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
- Spoon batter into an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
- Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from pan, and let cool on a wire rack.
