  • 0.3 teaspoon mustard dry
  • 0.3 cup egg substitute 
  • 0.7 cup milk fat-free
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons ground cumin 
  • tablespoons picante sauce 
  • 0.3 teaspoon salt 
  • tablespoons measures-like-sugar" calorie-free sweetener 
  • 2.5 tablespoons vegetable oil

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 35
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients in a medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.
  3. Combine milk and next 3 ingredients; stir well.
  4. Add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
  5. Spoon batter into an 8 1/2- x 4 1/2-inch loafpan coated with cooking spray.
  6. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until a wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
  7. Remove from pan, and let cool on a wire rack.
