The star of this recipe is the sirloin flap or flatiron steak, which is marinated in a fragrant blend of olive oil, garlic, and spices, including the warm notes of cumin and coriander. This marinade not only infuses the beef with rich flavors but also tenderizes it, ensuring each bite is juicy and satisfying. The addition of cayenne pepper adds a subtle kick, elevating the dish to new heights.

Grilling these kebabs brings out the natural smokiness of the meat, creating a delightful char that complements the spices beautifully. Whether served as a main course for lunch or dinner, these kebabs are versatile enough to pair with a fresh salad, grilled vegetables, or your favorite dipping sauce. With a preparation time of just 300 minutes, including marination, you can easily fit this recipe into your busy schedule.
