  • 0.3 teaspoon curry powder 
  • 1.3 cups less-sodium chicken broth fat-free
  • 0.1 teaspoon ground allspice 
  • teaspoon stick margarine

Directions

  1. Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Add curry and allspice; cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  3. Add broth; bring to a boil. Stir in couscous.
  4. Remove from heat; cover and let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
