  • 0.3 cup onion finely chopped
  • tablespoon butter 
  • large eggs 
  • 0.3 cup tomatoes chopped
  • 0.1 teaspoon salt 
  • 0.1 teaspoon hot sauce hot
  • slices canadian bacon 
  •  bagels plain split
  • slices processed cheese food

Directions
