Ingredients
- 6 tablespoons carrots finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons celery finely chopped
- 6 tablespoons parsley fresh chopped
- 1 small garlic clove crushed peeled
- 3 tablespoons juice of lemon
- 1 tablespoon half cut plus onion red finely chopped
- 1 a half cups of mayonnaise your favorite
- 6 servings salt and pepper to taste
- 3 scallions finely chopped
- 6 rolls
- 6 servings lettuce and tomato as accompaniments
- 4 six-ounce cans tuna in water white chunk drained canned

Directions
- Put the tuna in a large bowl. Mash.
- Add the carrots, onion, parsley, celery, and scallions.
- Place the mayonnaise in a small bowl.
- Add the crushed garlic clove and the lemon juice.
- Add the mayonnaise mixture to the tuna.
- Mix together.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve on rolls with lettuce and tomato.
