  • cups broccoli fresh chopped
  •  garlic clove minced
  • 0.5 pound ground beef 
  • 14 ounces deluxe four-cheese macaroni and cheese dinner 
  • small onion chopped
  • 10 cups water

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion until meat is no longer pink.
  2. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer.
  3. Drain.
  4. In a large saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  5. Add macaroni; cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Add broccoli; cook 4-5 minutes longer or until macaroni and broccoli are tender.
  7. Drain, reserving 1/4 cup cooking liquid.
  8. Place contents of cheese sauce mix in saucepan. Stir in the macaroni mixture, beef mixture and reserved liquid; heat through.
