Ingredients

  • 0.8 teaspoon pepper black
  • tablespoons butter softened
  • rib celery finely chopped
  • 20 servings round buttery crackers 
  • tablespoons cooking wine dry white
  • 0.5 cup parsley fresh finely chopped
  •  green onions finely chopped
  • 0.3 teaspoon ground pepper red
  • teaspoon lemon zest 
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise 
  • 20 servings garnish: pickled okra sliced
  • 20 servings winter pickled veggies quick
  • cups ham smoked coarsely chopped
  • 0.3 cup whole-grain dijon mustard

Directions

  1. Pulse ham, in batches, in a food processor 4 to 6 times or until shredded. (Do not overprocess.)
  2. Stir together parsley and next 9 ingredients. Stir in ham until well blended. Cover and chill 8 hours. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator up to 3 days.
  3. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before serving.
  4. Serve with crackers and Quick Winter Pickled Veggies.
  5. Garnish, if desired.
