This recipe, perfect for lunch or dinner, serves eight hungry individuals and comes together in just 75 minutes. Each serving contains only 117 calories, making it a guilt-free indulgence.

The star of this show is the harmonious blend of dill pickle juice and chopped dill pickles, which add a tangy, refreshing twist to the classic meatloaf. The loaf itself is made from lean ground beef, torn bread pieces, an egg, and a medley of spices including brown sugar, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. The ketchup topping, enriched with water, sugar, and the chopped pickles, creates a delectable glaze that bakes into the meat, adding an irresistible layer of flavor.

Prepared with simple ingredients and equipment like a frying pan, oven, whisk, mixing bowl, and baking pan, this recipe is a breeze to whip up. The use of a kitchen thermometer ensures the meatloaf is perfectly cooked, with an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F, for both safety and optimal tenderness.

Whether you're a seasoned home cook or a beginner looking to impress, Dill Pickle Meatloaf is a must-try. It's not just a meal; it's an experience that promises satisfaction at every step. So, why wait? Fire up your oven and let the aroma of this delicious creation fill your home.
