  • 12 servings round buttery crackers assorted
  • cloves garlic minced
  • 0.3 cup spring onion chopped
  • cup mayonnaise 
  • cups parmesan cheese grated
  • cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except onions and crackers in an 8"x8" baking pan; mix thoroughly and bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
  2. Sprinkle with green onions; serve with crackers. Makes 7 cups.
