  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • 0.8 cup brown sugar packed
  • 0.5 cup butter softened
  • cup creamy peanut butter 
  • 1.5 cups roasted peanuts unsalted chopped
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.8 cup granulated sugar

Directions

  1. Heat oven to 375F. Beat peanut butter, sugars, butter and eggs in large bowl with electric mixer on medium speed, or mix with spoon. Stir in flour and baking soda. Stir in peanuts (dough will be stiff).
  2. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  3. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown. Cool 1 to 2 minutes; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.
