  • 0.3 cup mild onion sliced
  • Tbsp free cream & onion ranch dressing sour kraft
  • 0.3 cup tomatoes chopped
  •  pita breads whole wheat

    1. Toss lettuce, onion and tomato with dressing, set aside.
    2. Cut top 1/3 off each pita bread; discard or reserve for another use.
    3. Fill each pita pocket with 2 bologna slices and 1/2 of the lettuce mixture.
