Ingredients

  • 0.3 cup basil fresh thinly sliced
  • 0.3 pound green beans fresh trimmed cut into 1-inch pieces
  •  garlic cloves chopped
  • pound ground chicken 
  • 0.3 cup oyster sauce 
  • ounces wide rice noodles uncooked
  • tablespoons rice vinegar 
  • tablespoon sesame oil 
  • 1.5 tablespoons sugar 
  •  thai chiles red minced
  • large tomatoes cut into wedges

Directions

  1. Cook noodles and green beans in boiling water 4 minutes or until tender but still firm; drain.
  2. While noodles and beans cook, heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add garlic and chiles; saut 30 seconds.
  4. Add chicken, and cook 5 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring to crumble.
  5. Add cooked noodles and beans, oyster sauce, and remaining ingredients, stirring gently to combine.
