  • teaspoon double-acting baking powder 
  • teaspoon baking soda 
  • medium over bananas ripe
  • 1.5 cups chocolate chips mini
  • 0.3 cup dulce de leche prepared
  •  eggs 
  • 1.3 cups flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar 
  • 0.3 teaspoon kosher salt 
  • tablespoons butter unsalted softened
  • 0.3 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract pure

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12 cup muffin tin with liners.In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugar.
  2. Add mashed bananas, dulce de leche, vanilla and egg.
  3. Mix to combine.
  4. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, salt and chocolate chips.
  5. Mix to combine.Fill muffin liners 3/4 full with batter and bake for 18-22 minutes or until baked through.
  6. Let cool for 15 minutes and enjoy.
