  • cup baby spinach leaves loosely packed
  •  bagels whole wheat toasted
  •  eggs beaten
  •  milk singles 2% kraft
  • Tbsp onions red divided finely chopped
  • slices oscar mayer turkey bacon 

Equipment

Directions

  1. Cook bacon in skillet until crisp.
  2. Place bacon and 2% Milk Singles on bagel halves.
  3. Mix eggs, spinach and 1 Tbsp. onions.
  4. Add to same skillet; cook on medium-high heat 1 to 2 min. or until eggs are set and spinach is wilted, stirring occasionally.
  5. Top bagel halves with egg mixture; sprinkle with remaining onions.
