Ingredients

  • 10 ounces cream of mushroom soup undiluted canned
  • 10 ounces campbell's® condensed onion soup french undiluted canned
  • 1.3 cups round buttery crackers crushed butter-flavored ( 33 crackers)
  •  eggs lightly beaten

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the egg, onion soup and cracker crumbs. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf.
  2. Place in a greased 11-in. x 7-in. baking dish.
  3. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 30 minutes.
  4. Pour mushroom soup over loaf.
  5. Bake 1 hour longer or until meat is no longer pink and a meat thermometer reads 160°; drain.
  6. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
