Ingredients

  • Tbsp butter melted
  • 32 oz philadelphia cream cheese softened
  • 12 oz eggnog (full fat variety)
  • 16 servings eggnog spice for garnish
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 cups graham cracker crumbs 
  • 0.3 tsp nutmeg grated
  • 0.7 cup sugar 
  • Tbsp sugar 
  • tsp vanilla

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 325F.
  2. MIX graham cracker crumbs, butter and 1 Tablespoon sugar in a bowl. Press into the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
  3. BEAT cream cheese, 2/3 cup sugar, eggnog and vanilla until well blended.
  4. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition until well blended. Gently pour over crust.
  5. BAKE for 45 minutes or until center is almost set. Run knife around the rim of a pan to loosen the sides; cool. Refrigerate for 4 hours.
  6. WHEN ready to serve, slice into squares and sprinkle with eggnog spice or nutmeg.
