  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs dried italian-style
  • ounce onion soup mix dry
  •  eggs 
  • 1.5 pounds ground beef 
  • 0.5 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • cup cream sour
  • tablespoons worcestershire sauce

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the beef, egg, sour cream and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Mix in soup mix, cheese, and bread crumbs. Form mixture into a loaf, and place in a 9x5 inch loaf pan. Cover with foil.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and continue baking for another 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
