  • tablespoons flour all-purpose
  • teaspoons garlic powder 
  • 0.3 cup spring onion sliced
  • 3.5 cups milk 
  • 0.5 teaspoon pepper 
  • 12 ounces processed cheese food cubed (Velveeta)
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt 
  • ounces cheddar cheese shredded

Directions
