- 0.5 cup lite asian sesame dressing toasted kraft
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 3 slices carrots
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 2 cups rice white instant uncooked
- 1 Tbsp oil
- 1 small onion sliced
- 1 lb pork tenderloin cut into thin strips
- 1.3 cups water

- Add water and vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil.
