  • cups broccoli florets 
  • slices carrots 
  • clove garlic minced
  • cups rice white instant uncooked
  • Tbsp oil 
  • small onion sliced
  • lb pork tenderloin cut into thin strips
  • 1.3 cups water

  • frying pan

Directions

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add meat and garlic; cook and stir 4 min. or until meat is cooked through.
  3. Add water and vegetables; mix well. Bring to boil.
  4. Stir in rice and dressing; cover. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min.
  5. Remove from heat.
  6. Let stand 5 min. Fluff with fork.
