  • 0.5 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese shredded

Directions

  1. Place asparagus in a steamer basket.
  2. Place in a large saucepan or skillet over 1 in. of water; bring to a boil. Cover and steam for 4-5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
  3. In a small saucepan, melt butter.
  4. Add soup mix. Cook and stir for 1 minute or until heated through.
  5. Remove asparagus to a serving dish.
  6. Drizzle with butter mixture; sprinkle with cheese.
